I feel so bad. In more than one way.
One way being how I caught a cold, got stomped on the toe until its bleeding and strained my arm before the badminton match.
The other being how I totally screwed up the match (wad? You think you can play properly with all the above?) and still get the gold medal (team event wad) because of other people's effort.
The injuries were so... unlucky lor. I could even move properly because of the toe, and hence was slowed down alot I guess. And my arm... Never stretched. Couldn't even do a proper 3/4 court clearance (I could ok. 1 year back). But oh well still got medal. xD Bad feel so "slacker"... I guess I'm just giving excuses though. Was badly out of practice.
